Things Violet Likes

Part of Bendixen Art’s Whimsical Rosette series, this mixed media piece has a pocket in the back for you to add a personal note. Measuring just 3×3 inches, it would be lovely on a mini easel.

Cheryl Wolff Garden has a gorgeous selection of ceramic bird feeders and houses. I had a heck of time choosing my favorite, but finally decided on this one. I love everything from the simple lines to the weathered bronze glaze to the little bird perched on the roof.

Bo Betsy has a shop filled with striking free form hand embroidery. I’m digging the bold crimson flower against the fresh celery green background of this hoop.

A vintage mid-century faux wood ice bucket gets a shabby chic makeover from Casanova’s Cabinet. A distressed lime finish makes it pop while a vintage door knob adds character to the lid.

Grey Mornings has an entire line of polymer clay art sculptures, figurines, book marks, and gifts featuring her Greylings. This set of three are affixed to magnets and are currently 40% off!

Loving the modern look of this little pendant from NS Pottery. Glazed in Vintage Grape, this piece shows off the textured ceramic work to its best effect.

Finally, I’m completely charmed by this wee paper boat necklace. Sewn from organic cotton, it’s been adorned with beads and strung on a rope cord. It’s one of many treasures to be found at Alt Design.

Happy Stalking!
