Winter has mushed up my brain even more than usual. I like snow and crisp winter days, but I am experiencing fog and damp. I love the color blue, but I hate having the blues. Oh well, as usual, I have tried to sort it all out by Stalking. It cheered me up, and I hope it cheers you up, too.
Winter Blues
Yes! Velveeta Heartbreak knows exactly how the blues feel. I only hope that they went away after this gorgeous creation was completed. The acrylic and gouache original is signed on the back by the artist, and it’s called “Art and the Geometry of Depression”. The longer you look, the more you will see!

This bracelet may be called “winter blues” but it would make any wrist look lovely and happy! The handmade glass beads are paired with pewter and Swarovski crystals for added texture. It is offered by KMA Jewelry Designs.

Chromatude’s legal department says that this tiedye shirt isn’t guaranteed to cure the blues, but I think it’s a great start. It’s shown here in an adult large size, but you can order it in the size you need. The range of blue hues makes me happy!

These totally gorgeous handmade lampwork beads just flow. I love the clarity and the colors. Payton Jett made this set of two, annealed them in a digital kiln, polished them. She calls them “winter blues” but they make me happy just to look at. Imagine how they would feel.

SweetBlue took this wintry photo entitled “Magical” that depicts a beautiful, snowy sunset. Each print is signed and dated and you can request a variety of sizes.

Ohhh, check out this pendant. It has been created with a pottery shard, a handmade cabochon, and includes a tiny moonstone. Moonfly Silver has placed these on recycled sterling silver.

We’ll finish with a handmade paper card by high street boutique that says it all. Sometimes, you just need a reminder that it will get better. I love this message!

See you soon!
